THE BEST SEAT IN THE HOUSE!
I've looked all over my small, downtown lot, and this is the best site I could find. It certainly isn't ideal. There are some trees, there is not that much space, and there are, shall we say, privacy issues. But tell me what you think...

Southern exposure is best. Don't you have anything on the south side?
You could get some large window panes from a building salvage and set them up to reflect the sun but I imagine your neighbors would complain unless you can grow enough to share.
You can probably get squash to do well on the east and west sides.
